Refund Policy

ZEDRA LTD sells digital activation keys only. No physical goods are shipped.

1. Digital Nature of Products

All products are digital content delivered electronically. Once a key is revealed, it cannot be returned.

2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Notice)

By completing a purchase, you expressly agree to immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the activation code is revealed or delivered.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be granted if:

• The activation code has NOT been viewed, revealed, downloaded, or redeemed
• The product is proven defective and unused
• A duplicate transaction occurred

Refunds will NOT be granted if:

• The key has been revealed
• The key has been redeemed
• The issue relates to region restrictions clearly stated
• The issue relates to platform compatibility clearly stated
• The customer changes their mind
• The purchase was made by mistake after delivery

4. Time Limit

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and before code access.

5. Verification

We reserve the right to request identity verification before processing refunds.

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting support may result in account suspension and investigation for fraud.

7. Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
